BTF Level 1 Coaching Course

 

Windrush have 2-3 places fully funded (worth £400) for club members to attend the British Triathlon Federation Level 1 Coaching Qualification course.  The course will be run at the Crystal Palace sports centre and will provisionally be on the 26th and 27th Feb and 19 March.

 

If you would like to go on this course you will need to attend all three days of sessions and pass the exam (fairly straightforward) and commit to coaching 20 hours in the next year at the club.  This will be monitored by our BTF liaison Jenny.  Progression to doing the Level 2 coaching course is then possible though the club.

Im afraid our 2 places are now full for this course.  The BTF will most likely offer it again in the autumn so I'll keep you in mind.

Hi Chloe,

I have two people signed up now, but I will let you know if there is suddenly an issue with one of them attending.  Sorry that you missed it this time but we ended up only having 2 funded slots and not 3.  There may be an option for you to fund yourself if you were interested? 

The BTF will run another course in the autumn that we may be able to get funding for so watch this space!!
