Hever logistics - lifts etc

Here's a new thread for people wanting to sort out lifts etc, if you're driving post if you have spaces, if you want a lift ditto etc. Plans for camping, gazebo etc should follow shortly....

I would really appreciate a lift on Sunday morning from London, I am doing the olympic in the 9.30 wave. The lack of trains to anywhere near Hever on that day has scuppered my plans some what :(

I am driving down on Sat pm leaving at 3pm from the lido and will be camping overnight. I can get give lifts to two other athletes and their bikes and camping kit. I will be returning Sunday pm after doing the Gauntlet.

I've spoken to a few people about potentially getting a lift but if anyone has a space in their car I would be ever grateful for a lift. I'm also doing th Olympic wave at 9.30. I can get to Brockwell or, if it's better, I live near Forest Hill/Honor Oak.

Slightly strange question but is there anywhere to leave bikes sat eve if we are not camping ourselves and racing sunday?

Is 9.30 the Windrush wave confirmed? I haven't had the confirmation email - slightly worried.

I might be able to offer lifts down on the Sunday, this depends on whether the family are coming or not. I'll update when i know. Potential for 3 spaces.

Hello Hello,

I need a couple of days or maybe until next week to confirm if I can make it down to support on Sunday. If I am supporting, then I am more than happy to load up a couple of bikes, Windrushers & kit into the car. 

I can fit two bikes, four people and lots of kit. 

Will confirm when I can.

If my Great Aunties Birthday & family get together doesn't happen on Hever weekend, then I will be going down to support. Happy to pick up from there Lido. I just finding out what going on myself.

Hi, I'm driving down and can take two extras as I have a bike rack- happy to go down either Saturday night or Sunday morning so if anyone wants a lift please let me know.
