2016 Club Champs - save the date

Hi everyone - just a quick note to say that the details for this year's club champs are now on the club champs page:

Crystal Palace has already sold out, but our olympic and middle races will be held at the Sussex Tri in September.

It's a great race - lovely scenery, good price (inc 10% club discount), and there is camping overnight so you don't have to get up so early. It's a great chance to meet and race other Windrushers. Turnout for Hever Castle has been great in previous years, so it would be amazing to see as many people racing as possible to create a great club atmosphere in 2016.

I've entered and it's worth noting that as this takes place in a Christian retreat the waters will be Holy and therefore we don't anticipate any repetition of last year's illnesses!

I had almost pressed the "finish" button for my entry when I realised I have a friend's wedding this weekend so won't be able to make it :( However, I did discover that by using the code "tlchristmas2015" you can get a 20% discount on entry.

Sounds like the code is meant to be for use before Christmas 2015! Well if it still works in Feb 2016 I suppose it must mean something else?! Well discovered Claire, shame you won't be able to make it in the end.

I'm no longer able to race at Crystal Palace, was anyone not able to get a place who you like to take mine? According to the website transfer is still possible.

Hi everyone just signed up for Sussex - I am a bit confused is it optional to race in June AND September with just one signup? I am not sure anymore if I picked a date in the start and all the confirmation mails mention both dates???

The Xmas Code still worked for me btw resulting in an (almost) FOC finisher Tee :)

If someone else is keen on passing on their place at CP I would be interested!
