Farewell ride to and swim at Shepperton this Saturday 6th Aug

Hi all,

This weekend is my last weekend in the UK and what a better way to enjoy it than cycling to the lake in Shepps and, weather permitting, having some BBQ'ed stuff at mine afterwards.

Departure would be 7.30am from Brockwell car park.

I hope many of you can make it. Forget the Lido for one Saturday!!!

I'm there, Julian! Will be so sad to see you go but a what a great way to spend a Saturday. I'm racing in Tunbridge Wells the next day so I won't be out late but I'll definitely be there!

Hi Julian, I'll join you for the Shepperton swim and a quick bite if we are back in time. I am doing the Bewl triathlon like Saffron and have to be back home at 2pm to get ready.

BBQs will never be the same sans M. Saucisson!

Hi Julian, looking forward to join you too! I'm racing in London next day but what better preparation is there than a short ride and a dip followed by some carb and protein for lunch :)

Unfortunately I can't make it as I'm racing at Cowes this weekend.

Hope you have a great day and make sure you leave a forwarding address as I would love to come out to Argentina some time in the near future.

I will be defo defo defo be at the BBQ. Ive got a client dinner drinks night tonight which might put me out of action for a 7:30 am start and I can't burn the candle at both ends these days.
