Fingers at the ready! Crystal palace tri opens this Sunday

Hi all,

Crystal Palace tri is our official club championship race for sprint. Its a great course, with an indoor swim so great for newbies, and very easy to get to (in CP park). There's also great support from Windrushers, we pack the course and have a BBQ/cheering on the side of the bike track.

Places go VERY fast (within the hour), so get ready to bagsy your place when they come online this Sunday (see times that each race will go live below). You have been warned!

The race is Sunday 14 May and the adult race is 750m swim in 50m pool / 20k cycle (9 x 2.2k laps) / 5k run (see their website for other distance for other age groups). If you're new to triathlon through to a seasoned pro then this race is for you.

And if you're new don't worry, we're here to help! Coaches as well as club mates will be on hand to offer lots of advice, we're hoping to put together a training plan to help you get ready (more details to come) and watch out for our 'new to tri' seminars coming up. Just make sure you sign up!
