If you are interested in 1-2-1 coached swim sessions you'll be pleased to hear that they are back every Friday at 7.45pm.  The 30min slot will cost £27 which includes a 10% discount for Windrush members (if you have friends/partners who are non members the cost will be £30)

The first session will be on the 12th January.
