Dear coaches,
I want to improve my overall performance.
Training peaks is too expensive for me so I started using xhale training application. It ask me to upload training plans? Some has half distance or Olympic training plans? Are the same as training peaks? Any advice?

Otherwise, any book or article to read?

Hi, 

I think if you don't want to buy one just googling plans is an ok shout but remember it will not be tailored to your lifestyle, strength and weaknesses, so can take a bit of playing around with to suit you. Should be mixed between the disciplines and allow for rest days.
