Hi all,

I'm training for Chicago marathon so doing long runs at the weekends. Mainly along the Thames path as it is nice and flat and there are plenty of sections of trail once you are past Putney.

Does anyone want to join me? Easy pace (10:30 min/mile) meet at Putney at 10 am (I don't do super early starts!) and run out to Kingston.

Hi Helena,

I might well be up for this. Have signed up to an ultra marathon and am regretting it...

Hey, cool give me a text on 07969222590 of you do fancy it. I’ve also run a few ultras up to 50 miles so happy to share tips and ideas! You’ll be grand!

I am also marathon training for end November. Focussing on trails with elevation where I can but I am sure I'll be in London for some of my long runs, would love to get a buddy for some runs!

Currently I’m avoiding elevation as I don’t want to stress my shins too much but if you fancy a flat long run then let me know!
