Here's the videos from track last Thursday, hopefully you can find yourself in there if you came. I'd recommend downloading the app so you can watch the videos in slow motion, you'll be able to see a lot more there (and look at them soon, I think they get auto deleted at some point).
Side view - aiming for:
- Upright position rather than bending at waist
- Foot landing under the knee rather than in front
- Good hip extension at the back, from a neutral pelvis

Rear view - ideally want avoid:
- feet crossing over (better if each foot lands underneath its own hip)
- hip dropping as other foot lands
- hips swaying side to side.

Front view - ideally want to avoid
- as above
- hands crossing over body
- hands too low or too high (should just brush waist band)

These are general principles and there's obviously exceptions to all, but take a look and see if you can spot anything you particularly need to work on. Then if you're coming next week let me know and we'll add that into your warm up.
