Natural Form Running Workshop - Sat 5th Jan

There is a Natural Form Running workshop organised by some of our members with an external partner coach taking place on Saturday 5th January from 11am-4pm at Crystal Palace. We have a few spots remaining. If you want to attend please sign up on the event and check out the details.
