What: A wetsuit and goggles try out session

When: Saturday 13th April

Where: Brockwell Lido

Time: 9:45am till 10:45am

We're fast approaching the start of the season, and whether you're new to triathlon, doing your first race this year, drank too much and signed up for the Dark 10km Swim, or a seasoned racer looking to upgrade your swimming kit then this is your opportunity to come and try on some wetsuits and goggles.

Dare2Tri are coming down to the Lido and bringing their range of wetsuits for members to try out. We will also hope to have Intersport come down to do some goggle testing - and maybe we can finally bring and end to that old debate 'which goggles are best?' (obviously we all know the answer is Zoggs Predator Flex).

If you've never worn a wetsuit before this is also a great opportunity to see what it feels like in some great suits and your chance to finally find that perfect pair of goggles. 

For those looking to upgrade their suit I have to recommend the MachV suit. My personal opinion is it is the fastest suit I've ever worn. You can find out more about the Dare2Tri range here - https://www.dare2tri.com/

There will also be Windrush swimming hats for sale (£5). Where possible it would be preferable for folks swimming at the Lido on Saturdays to wear their Windrush hat so we know you're part of the club. 

The session will take place during our Saturday Lido swim session so will be between 9:45 till 10:45. As the lido is getting busier we have to stick to that time so the session will finish at 10:45.
