Due to a cancellation i now have the following available

Tuesday 7th May, St Josephs College, Beulah Hill, SE19

8pm

60min Video Analysis session £70 -this session will look at your individual swim style/technique from above the water, below the water (from the side), in front and any other angle required.  All of this will be done using a high quality HD camera. You will be able to see the footage (poolside) on a computer, the analysis/feedback will be recorded and emailed to you.  you will be required to get back into the pool following your feedback for stroke correction (a headset may be provided for this part of your analysis) and another video will be done.

8 or 8.30pm

30 min 1:1 coached swim session £30- this session will look at you swim style/technique and drill will be given and practice for stroke correction.
