A quick update regarding next Thursday's AGM:

1.      Stefan has now finalised the annual accounts, which have been verified by an accountant and are now available on MyClubhouse (you’ll need to be logged in to view them). Thanks Stefan for the quick turnaround!

2.      If you haven’t yet signed up, please do so here – I need to put in the pizza order on Monday and we don’t want to run short – on that note, if you have any dietary requirements, please contact me directly.

3.      We still need people to stand!  Roles which no one has put their names forward for yet include Diversity Officer, Performance Development Officer, Volunteer Coordinator and Grants Development.  We could also do with further people standing for Social Coordinator and Social Media/Communications – these people have put themselves forward for more than one role so the posts may or may not be filled on the night.  If you think you could help with any of these roles, drop me a line.

4.      Lastly, if you want to be included in the ballot for the Windrush London Marathon spot, make sure you have signed up for EA membership via the kit shop by Sunday evening.
