Do you want to brush up on your bike handling skills during the off-season, or are you a beginner and feel a bit nervous/wobbly but want to learn the skills to join club rides and sessions?

I’ll be running a 4-week bike skills course starting this Sunday, aimed at novices and improvers, which will be drills-based and cover general bike handling and balance and coordination, including tri-relevant aspects such as the dreaded mount/dismount. By the end of the course, you should feel more confident moving with and on the bike, have improved balance and have learnt basic group riding skills to enable you to be better prepared to join group rides and for your 2020 season. The last session will be followed by a group ride to Richmond Park (if sufficient interest)
