Then please apply for a voluntary role to help make this happen!

ALL the roles are free to apply for even if the existing person is wanting to re-stand - so if you really want to do something we encourage you to apply!

BUT we do have roles that NO ONE has expressed interest for (highlighted in bold)- so if you think you could spare a bit of time and enthusiasm to help out let us know..the club couldn't be as great as it is without the amazing volunteers we have each year (and not forgetting cake bakers!).

Committee officers:
Chair - The voice and representative of the club
Secretary - Manages and looks after all things admin
Treasurer - Money and forecasting
Membership - Looks after new and existing members
Head Coach - Manages the coaching team and the training schedule
IT - Maintains/updates websites and booking systems
Junior - Co-ordinates junior training schedule
Aquathlon - Plans and runs the event
Marketing - Manages and plans the marketing team (captains)
Welfare (neutral non voting) - Looks after the members
COVID officer (temporary non voting) - Ensures we are complying to COVID law

Non Committee Captains:
Swim - Organises all swim non-coached activities
Bike - Organises all bike non-coached activities
Run - Organises all run non-coached activities
Performance - Helps members looking to represent GB 
Diversity - Works across the club helping and ensuring we become more inclusive and diverse
Kit - Manages our kit suppliers and members ordering kit
Comms - Promotes/creates content for social media channels including the newsletter
Disability - Works across the club helping and ensuring we become more inclusive and accessibly
Volunteer - Co-ordinates members for voluntary opportunities in the local community
Social - Party and social gathering planner
Events - Racing planner and head cheerleader
Sponsorship - Maintaining and sourcing relationships for membership discounts
Grants + Funding -  Applying and sourcing funding opportunities for the club
