I am a club member (ex chair in fact). I am also on the board of another sports body and we are looking for an independent panel member to participate / manage a (one off) complaints process. We have an existing complaints framework, but need someone independent to some work with a team on a current case.

If you have HR experience and want a project, get in touch. We can offer ~£300 for about 20 hours of effort. It is my understanding that is not a complex complaint, we just need someone independent .If you have the time, experience and enthusiasm, I would love to hear from you. I can then fill you in with more details.

A whole club of triathletes is a good place to look for help.
