Hi John,

I see you didn't turn up to spin last night.  I know that stuff comes up, but unfortunately this meant that your space was empty.  This is not great as so many people want to do the session.  As stated in the session rules you are now in the spin sin bin.  If you drop out like this again in the next month you will be banned for a month. Sorry if it seems harsh, but this makes it fair for everyone and also means the club doesn't loose money which we need to pay the coach and the venue hire!
