Hi All,

This Thursday 27th track session will be the 12min Coopers Test. 

This is a great opportunity for those who did the first one in February to track your progress. And an equally great opportunity for those who didn't make it in February to calculate their current training pace zones.

After the session everyone can enter their result (total metres covered in 12 minutes) into the calculator linked below.

This calculator was created by Front Runner Sports Australia, which is the triathlon/running club I coached for while in Perth. Although you are free to use it and browse their blog posts for running tips, please do reference them if sharing anything from their website.
