Weather is looking decent for the weekend and my TT bike has been long neglected. Time to get it out on the road and get myself used to being down in the aero position before the race season starts in earnest. If any one fancies doing the same, on Sunday I am planning to do a fast, flattish ride to Windsor, then do a loop of the Windsor olympic tri course, have a cinammen bun then head back home. Distance circa 140km, average speed on the move 27-30kph, setting off from the lido 9am. Let me know if you are intending to join.

Any chance you fancy doing this on Saturday instead? Im keen for the company and will be on my TT too but need to ride tomorrow as I have something on on Sunday...

OK Raya, I could do tomorrow instead. That means I don't have to plunge in to the icy lido in my wetsuit in the Windrush lane after all. Yaye!

Are you ok to set off from lido at 9am?

I saw them head out today Chris
Sorry Chris, did it today with Raya and Deborah.

Good ride on TT bikes, stats as follows:
Distance 155km
Rolling time 5 hours 20 mins
Av speed: 29.2kph
No of roadies 'chicked': 3
No of cinnamon buns eaten: 4

Brilliant Ride! So great to have the average speed and watts pushed to my limits! AMAZING! Need to get in another one soon! Join us next time Chris.

Re cinnamon buns - it was 4 halves actually! I would feel a little bit better if we're honest about this and not make us look like fat B...s!
