Hi - bit last minute but I'm helping with a colleague of mine who is organising the regional duathlon relay for juniors on Sunday out at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit. If  you are attending with any of your juniors already or fancy a morning out marshalling please get in touch - Martin McGuigan, the regional junior co-ordinator.

BTF GO Tri event to encourage new participants in this case kids into the sport. He is a bit short of marshals and reaching out in case any of you fancy a spot of volunteering this Sunday morning from 9 - 12.30am at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Hayes, West London. There will be close to 100 participants with a mix of experience from first timers to regional athletes aged 8-16 and the emphasis is on participation and fun!
