No problem! Glad you enjoyed the coached session! Great that you want to join up. If you click on Members above there are instructions there on how to join up. Once you get your card you can access all session on a pay as you go basis. We will also be communicating our winter training program soon too.
I will be swimming this week but there are 16 of us off to the National Club Relays at the weekend in Nottingham, which will be fun, so will not be around for rides.
