I'm sub-letting my room from 1st March - 1st July. 

It's a nice double room in a three bed flat with 2 lovely girl friends of mine. 'Tri-friendly' house (indoor bike storage) and in a good SE22 location on Barry Road. Rent is £600/month all in.
