Hi Everyone!

I'm sure all will agree that the Crystal Palace Tri was fantastic on Sunday - not only for those racing for the first time for the lovely social element we have on the side lines.

Events like that only happen because people in CPTri give up there whole Sunday to volunteer.

Our every own race happens on the 24 June and we need as many people as possible to help make it happen. Could you help at registration? Marshall the runners around the park? Hand medals to juniors?

At the moment we have 26 people signed up (including me) so please mark the day in your diary and help make our race a success!
