Newbie Bike Ride

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone was thinking about a bike ride on Sunday 29th that would not be the longest in the world, suitable for Tri newbie to learn how to ride in a group etc.

Hello,

I was thinking about a bike ride on Saturday Morning ? It will be easy pace for me at the moment just around Richmond Park & Back, ideally to see some of the Windrushers at Tooting Lido in the afternoon ( subject to weather conditions as well ) ?

Hi Paul. I was thinking to do Park run on Saturday. But I can always run on Sunday. I'll confirm RE: cycle on Thursday.

Hi, 

I am also a newbish rider but was thinking of riding to Richmond on Sunday if the weather is nice - so maybe not the best person to bank on, also I can teach you what not to do on a bike... I have learnt that walking your bike down the hill is not really the best way to ride a bike.

Hi, I'd be interested in a bike ride on Saturday morning or potentially on Sunday slightly later. I'm also fairly new to the club and to triathlon!

Cannot do Saturday am afraid but weather Sunday looks ok so how about a Sunday ride starting at 9 to Richmond park from the Lido?

When at the park we can do one or two laps then go at own pace for next couple then get a salad in the cafe

Starting later at 10 means there is more traffic to deal with, the park is busier and a finish time after lunch?

If it turns out to be sleeting it down though or icy am afraid I will wimp out
