After an incident involving a Thule upright roof bar, my old squeaky green Cannondale (thankfully not my nice carbon Scott), and a low car park metal gate I need a "new" 58cm hack bike.

Other than the frame, the rest of the bike is fine so even an old frame lying around would work.

Given my recent house purchase and other impending significant financial outlays my budget is rather limited, hence this request. I even quite fancy a retro steelie.
