Hi Windrush Members,

I am working towards my L2+ Coaching Qualification so I can provide 1:1 coaching and I need a guinea pig to work with! I'm looking for someone who is interested in an individualised training plan working towards their goals. Doesn't matter if that’s a race, 5k PB or simply just to get better at swimming! But it will need to be at least a wee bit triathlon-focused (I need to set sessions for all 3!)

An individualised training plan will include:
Initial chat with the Coach to discuss everything!
A weekly Training Plan
Weekly catch-ups with the Coach
Coach analysis of training and feedback.
If appropriate - race guidance and planning

If this sounds like something you are interested in, then please apply - back from you all I need is:
To be able to commit to 3 months of training.
To get as much feedback as you can give me! Probably a wee more than you might give a normal coach. This includes both session-level and overall training feedback.
Possibly some money to help cover any software expenses if we use them (eg Training Peaks)

Tell me a bit about you and include current fitness in each discipline plus background history (please include any relevant medical history/injuries).
Most importantly what are your 2023 goals? (e.g., get into triathlon, 5k PB or even complete an Ironman)
What do you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses? (e.g., love early mornings? dislike being told what to do? No motivation to do swim sessions? Are you bad at listening to your body?)
Finally, how do you think a coach can help you (e.g., keep you on track and accountable? make your training less ad-hoc and do the right training instead, emotional support)?
