Christmas Training

Hello All,

Here is an update about training sessions over Christmas and New Year:

Wednesday Spin at Brockwell Lido - Lido is closing at 4pm from 20th so NO SESSIONS ON 22 AND 29 DECEMBER

Thursday Swim at Ernest Bevin College - Pool closes today so NO SESSIONS ON 23 AND 30 DECEMBER

Friday Swim at JAGS - Pool closes next week so NO SESSIONS ON 24 AND 31 DECEMBER

Saturday ParkRun in Brockwell Park - Run on 18 Dec is ON, no information yet about Christmas Day run, although runs in other parks are occuring.

All sessions will resume from Wednesday 5th Jan 2011.

Have a great Christmas and New Year everybody and look out for some exciting updates at the start of 2011.

And it is something that we hope many Windrush people will come along to over the next few months. You sign up on the website and get a barcode, then turn up and have your 5km run timed by the group of volunteers (of which I hope we will also become!). Brockwell park is one of the newest venues, but ones in Richmond park and other locations have been running for quite a while. Its 9am on Saturdays.
