How do I order race or cycling kit?

The website will be live on MONDAY 23rd OCTOBER. I'll remind you constantly that you can order promise! The online shop will be open for two weeks. Its then a 6 week turn around.  Kit will be delivered to Balfes in Streatham when it arrives.

Champ Systems gives us a discount so that we get delivery free! They are also in the process of updating their website (its very difficult to navigate they know) and the VAT is now included in the price (rather than hidden in the final cost!).  Any difficulties please let me know.  They are helpful chaps at champs and want to help out as much as they can!

How do I know what size to get?

Please check the size chart, there is a link on our website for ease, ask other windies, or come and try one of the samples on.  They arrived yesterday and are available to try tomorrow between 11-2 at my house or one evening in the week (I'll bring them to spin next week but cant bring them to track as I'm on the bike!). Please email me if you would like to try a sample size on and we can try work something out (samb_101@yahoo.com). 

How do I order training tops and hoodies?

We keep a supply of hoodies, black t-shirts, vests, beanie hats, and pompom hats.  You can order these any time you like! Again just go to the kit page at the top, pay through go cardless and then you will get an email from me asking for you to confirm what size you want.  Pick up is at Balfes in Streatham (make sure you say thanks to the very friendly Ben!).

I've got other kit related questions...

Great! We love Windies being in kit and happily representing their club.  If you think we need more kit... shout out! Last year we introduced pompom hats, this year I'm looking at towels and swim stuff! If you think we are missing something, let me know, I'll then discuss with the committee.  

At present we have no plans to change the kit design (sorry!).  We may "review it" at some stage but that will be for minor changes.  We want people to be racing in the same kit, not variations of the same kit because it changes every year! We also don't want people to keep having to order new race kit so they have the "latest design".  If you are super upset with this let me know I'm happy to discuss with you further (I cant log onto the website at work though so its unlikely I'll be involved in a forum discussion).  I am aware that people want "anniversary kit" - we've heard you, we will do something!
