Cancelled - Tonights Spin Session (Wednesday 7 July)

Hi guys,

So sorry to do this, especially at such late notice. I'm afraid a shortage of willing and available volunteers has meant tonight's spin session is cancelled.

However the stationary bikes are booked for our usage from 7.30 pm onwards so if you want to make use of them please do so.

If you think you wouldn't mind stepping in on occassions such as this in future to act and cheif time-keeper and session leader please let me, Stuart, Olly or…
