Just a quick note to say thank you to Audrey for stepping into Jonathan's shoes and covering tonight's spin session.

Many of you will know Audrey from the Friday swim sessions at JAGS. Tonight she brought her distinctive brand of enthusiasm, good humour and sadism to the Wednesday bike-run brick session at Brockwell Lido. The result was an epic session which was really great fun.
