Building upon last year's success, the annual Windrush autumn parkrun handicap series is upon us once again and will run until the end of 2019. Yes it was a long hot day alright!
Sad to hear you had to retire, just goes to show how important nutrition and hydration is on these longer events.
I came over a bit funny too at about 200km but a quick pit stop at a lovely pub for a cold coke and a ham sandwich seemed to sort me out.got to Burnham just before 8pm
