Ironman taper week training

Hi Paul, Matt & anyone else doing IMUK next week.

Here's the schedule I went through in Lanzarote in May - it really helped set me up for the day so it may be of use to you. The one change is that I was in La Santa with nothing else to do other than train eat and sleep (and had professional coaching!), not so this time around. I'm going to struggle to repeat this but I'll have a good try - and it starts TOMORROW!

FOR SALE Mens 2XU C1 Wetsuit - Size Medium

Hi Guys

I'm selling my wetsuit if anyone is interested. I've always felt it was slightly too small for my height and so I need a new one. It's served me very well and just needs a new owner now.

In great condition - only a few minor cosmetic marks on the shoulder, and ideal for someone needing a mid range suit for the triathlon season.

Cancelled - Tonights Spin Session (Wednesday 7 July)

Hi guys,

So sorry to do this, especially at such late notice. I'm afraid a shortage of willing and available volunteers has meant tonight's spin session is cancelled.

However the stationary bikes are booked for our usage from 7.30 pm onwards so if you want to make use of them please do so.
