Following Tristan's departure into married life, and training in warmer climes, we are delighted to announce that we have a new coach on board - Jonathan Hotchkiss.
Jonathan will be on board for the Tuesday swims at the lido for the next few weeks and the wednesday brick bike/run sessions. . . and possibly more. The lido pool is still open and they plan for it to continue until the first week of October.
Swim sessions will carry on (uncoached) as normal. The pool is almost empty so co come along and enjoy - last night the water was a beautiful 32 degrees ;-)
We are busy trying to secure pool time to replace the lido pool over the winter period to complement our Friday swims at JAGS.
We have tentatively secured Crystal Palace 50m pool on a Monday night at 20.30 for an hour which is great news (thanks to Sue and Louise for this). We are hoping that this will form an important part of the winter training schedule.

Just to let you know that the Friday Swim session down at James Allen's Girls School in North Dulwich will be from 7.30pm to 8.30pm starting this Friday 3rd September (thanks to Julia for sorting this out for us).
