Swim Course: Back to Basics | Starting 4th October

Our ever popular 'Back to Basics' Swim Course is back!!

It will take you through the basic techniques to apply to your triathlon swim stroke to help improve your efficiency and as we come into the winter season there isn't a better time to learn!

Exciting Saturday Lido Session this week!!!!!

Windrush to make the triathlon big screen this Saturday 16/2/19!!
We have BTF (British Triathlon) popping by to film us in our natural habitat of the lido! So please don your best swim suit with Windrush hat and pop along to the normal Saturday session 9.45-10.45am.
